Where are your sales area/territories/countries?
We do not have any limitation for sales/service territory set by ourselves. However, to meet with compliance of International trade regulation called “Catch-All regulation” set by Japanese government, there are countries that we are unable to service.
Do you have any branch or local sales contact in overseas?
We have no own overseas branch. As at present, we have sales representative in South Korea.

What are the key products at KURO?
We are committed to serve all kinds of high purity stainless tubes and fittings made by most reliable Japanese manufacturer as our key products. We also handle high frequency of import/export order for High Nickel Alloy material sourcing from worldwide.
Which countries have you “exported to” or “Imported from” in the past?
Export: Australia, China (including Taiwan), Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore and the US.
Import: China (including Taiwan), Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, Sweden, the UK and the US
What are the steps of creating new business account with KURO?
In order to create business account with us, please prepare following documents/information in advance.
a) Complete and send us designated KURO’s credit application form
b) Your company website URL
c) Information of your key served business/industry/application
After our evaluation and approval done by us, we will activate your account for KURO on-line shopping site.

Do you only accept inquiry by this website?
We are also welcome to accept any inquiry sent by Email, Fax, and through this KURO website.
Do you accept drawing file made by CAD? Do you accept special fabrication work?
Most of our computer installed CAD software that able to handle file formatted in DXF, AutoCAD and etc.
Special handling of fabrication is in our routine business activity. Please feel free to send us inquiry for special fabrication.
Do you have price list for your products?
Price of our products are driven by market prices and price may be changed time to time. To serve customer in best sales condition, we are unable to issue and provide price list of products. We suggest you to send us and make final confirmation for most updated price and product availability.
Do you stock all the products listed in this website?
There are some products needs to be purchased and shipped from our supplier. Please confirm with us for most updated information.

Will you send Inspection/Mill Certificate prior to purchase product?
We are unable to provide any certification before purchasing any product. Please ask when ordering the product.
What is the condition of fabricated products?
Most of our special fabricated products are completed with Oil-free condition. Each component/products will be securely packed by plastic bag to avoid any external damage during handling/shipping.
What is the brand(s) of BA/EP (HP/UHP) tubes and fittings?
We source BA/EP tubes either of Sumikin, KUZE and TSK. For fittings are, FUJIKIN and PRIMET brand. Both of tubes and fittings are direct source from the manufacturers.
Are you able to supply prefabricated piping to overseas?
We are able to supply your need of product. In order to deliver precise product you demand, please send us drawing/clear instruction and requirement of delivery time.
Are you able to arrange and provide complied product with REACH/RoHS?
Most of our products are complied with REACH/RoHS that assured and guaranteed by sourcing manufacturer.
What are the standards of tubes/pipes available?
We are able to supply both JIS and ASTM/ANSI tubes/pipes.
