We are located in Chiba, Japan and nearest major city is our capital Tokyo. About 1hour drive from central Tokyo and also Asia’s international hub, Narita Airport.

What are types of material KURO can provide?
We mainly provide austenitic stainless steel products including, SS304, SS316, SS316L, SS316L VIM+VAR and SS310S. Other than Stainless Steel, we achieve to supply High Nickel Alloys including INCOLOY, INCONEL, Invar and Kovar in tubes and bars shape.

What’s the best way to communicate?
Email would be the best way to communicate at the beginning. We are able to sell anywhere and to anybody but we are unable to sell anything and to anybody to countries like North Korea where banned to export by Ministries of Japanese government. We also will confirm with customer over ultimate destination of the product during the inquiry processing.

We function all of above depending on product and service you demand. Some products carry our own brand and manufactured by our own.

Do you accept CAD file?
Yes, our internal computers are installed with CAD software program.
Please feel free to send us inquiry for special fabrication anytime.
Do you accept special fabrication work?
We do accept special fabrication work with finalized and clear-specified drawing.
Do you accept Credit Card payment?
We accept all major Credit Card for your easier payment but amount will be settled in Japanese Yen Only. The payment with credit card will be processed online at designated payment website which will be guided after sending us your order. DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Please ask for credit card payment when sending us your inquiry or placing order.
Do you accept payment made by foreign currency?
We accept payment made in US dollars but only applies for wire transfer payment.
Are you able to arrange shipping by Ocean freight or/and Air Cargo?
Overseas shipping: FEDEX, UPS, DHL and OCS
Domestic shipping: Sagawa Express, Yamato, Fukuyama and Seino Express and chartered truck
Do you have price list for your products?
Unfortunately Not. Many of our product prices are driven by market prices and price may change time to time, especially price of material. To offer most competitive price, we are unable to issue and provide price list of products. We suggest that sending us your inquiry at each occasion.
Do you stock all the products listed in this website?
Not all of products. Sending us your inquiry will help you to find what’s available best optimized lead time.

Are your products traceable?
Yes. We retain at least three years on record of material.
Will you send Inspection/Mill Certificate before purchasing the product?
Unfortunately Not. We do not issue and provide any certification before purchasing the product.
In most of the cases, we provide the certificate at free of charge.
Please ask for the certificate when ordering the product.
What is the typical condition of fabricated products?
With our long years of involvement for oil-freed and high-quality finished requirement customers, our “typical” product condition is normally oil-free. We are also able to carry our further precision cleaning upon your request.
Are you able to arrange and provide complied product with REACH/RoHS?
“Yes” to most of the cases. Our products are complied with REACH/RoHS that assured and guaranteed by sourcing manufacturer.
If any format to be fulfilled, only purchased customer is eligible to request document preparation by us.
